We also help the owner save time by already having products and resources readily available. This saves the owners from spending a ton of time in doing their own research on product brands. In addition, coordinating with trades on installation, placement, and any last minute on the spot decisions. And there will always be on the spot decisions or problem solving that as trained and experienced designers we can solve in no time!

During the design phase every square inch of the program was thoughtfully planned but we were missing one space...a craft room! However we were also at our max with square footage...so what we did was increase the size of the guest room closet by just a little and incorporated a few features within the closet. We weren't working with that much space so we prioritized what the client most functionally needed...a wrapping station!

Hiring someone that has the experience and vendor relationships can save you time and money. For instance, when we experience a product defect or we are short material, yes everything is not always perfect :) my vendor relationship will step up to the plate and solve any issues and usually no cost to the owner. WHY? Because of the honest relationship they have with your designer.
