Easy Returns & Exchanges

Shopping for your home should be fun and easy and at ÉLAN STUDIO DESIGN we strive to keep our customer happy. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

A few non-refundable items:

• Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

• Custom furniture

• Gift cards

• Personalized items

• Items marked “Non-Returnable”

• Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “3 for $15” (unless the entire bundle is returned)

DELIVERY

Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to coordinate your delivery date + time window. The delivery will not be carried out unless the date has been confirmed by you. Please note, if you miss your confirmed and scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee which is set by the delivery company. 

DAMAGES

Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 24 hours. Please take a photo of the damaged product as well as the box and email our team for review. Please hold on to all packaging.
